I've purchased 3,000 tokens, but it seems I can only use them in Earth1. What? Earth1 is almost done. I was hoping to use them on Mars when it comes out. How do I transfer my tokens to Mars when it opens?

I had figured, since we log in to the website once (then again for the planets) that my main login would carry the tokens to be used on any of the planets I am on. If not, why do we have to log in twice?

ZenDawn, as long as you use the same login that you used to buy the tokens, they may be used on any world. Yes this means that they will also be available to be used on Mars.

I haven't found this to be true. I log in as the same login that I used to buy the tokens, and they only show up in earth1. I move on to the other earths and I have no tokens. I login as zendawn4 in the first login (the same login as I bought the tokens with), then I try to login to any other earth with a different login name, and I have no tokens. The first login should be universal, right? But it doesn't seem so.

Oh wait, I think I understand. BUT.. my original login name should cover all other earths I am on. I can login as zendawn4 and still access all other earths even though I have to login as zendawn or whatever else.

This brings up another question.. Why do we have to log in twice? Once for the website, then a second time for each world.

You can totally avoid logging into the site by using this direct link to BD http://www.battledawn.com/client/?worldID=1&ver=7.0.0.

Now if you are logged into a world and then visit this site, you will already be automatically logged in. Responding to your user name question, you created two accounts, if you wanted to make life easier, you should have only created one account to use for both the game and forum.

That's after the fact. I have 3 accounts, but I can log in to ANY of them with my first zendawn4 login. It would make sense that if I can login as zendawn4 the first time, it would carry my tokens to any other site I login to after that.

I'll login as my zendawn4 login when mars starts, but this seems more difficult than it should be.

You're only supposed to have one account for all worlds and the forums... This isn't like the old client. Please move towards only using one in future.

As for your tokens, at the top of the forums, when you're logged in. Do you see a banner like this?


Does it say how many tokens you have?

Tokens are tied to your account and not an individual colony, so you should be able to access your tokens from any world.

Removing the double login is our next top priority...
It will be taken care of asap.

Some answers:
The double login is something we will soon remove. We are having a small problem with moving your session (login) from the portal to the client and are currently working on more important things (like the new server move).

If you are going to use the direct link to the client please do not use the link provided, but use this one instead:

Otherwise when we upgrade our client you will not get it.

Please use a single account for all battledawn activities. This is both to insure the ability to use tokens on all worlds and to insure we do not accidentally consider you as a cheater (having multiple accounts). You can play with the same account on all worlds if you like and the tokens are indeed transferable between worlds I can assure you. The reason you didn't see the tokens on the other worlds is because they are specific for an account (username/password)
