going back over my records i noticed that certain deductions were made in San Jose California via ATM

these deductions were made, as well as the deductions made from buying red tokens which state direct deposit to battledawn, from my bank account on the same days...

i.e. i'd buy $18 worth of reds, it would be deducted, then on that same day $18 would be deducted from an atm in California via battledawn

why is that? i have studied my records over and over....and all of the deductions are sound except for 5 accounts of what appears to me (and my accountant who pointed them out) to be double deductions..

meaning battledawn charged me twice for 1 purchase 5 different times.

this is what my account report says

BP PAYPAL *BATTLE 2211 NORTH FIRST S SAN JOSE CA -$18

on that same day

another one reads

WITHDRAWAL DIRECT DEPOSIT BATTLE DAWN
CO: BATTLE DAWN -$18

the money was taken out of my account each time

the following is what i was over charged by

$7.50
$18.00
$4.50
$4.50
$45.00

total = $79.50

all other transactions that i have made by purchasing tokens have been the latter format.

WITHDRAWAL DIRECT DEPOSIT BATTLE DAWN
CO: BATTLE DAWN

why was the former format used and where are my tokens?

thanks!

Both issues are solved now.

All payments to BD have an unique ident-number in both emails from tacticsoft.
(token purchase and token delivery)
It looks like this : Tracking ID: {uLBteaa1-9ool-V4AM-VaXn-veChzyGfGeSg}
With this ID we can trace it and help in case there is a delay.

BattleDawn provides many options for you to buy tokens. You pay to them (paypal, paybycash etc etc) -> they pay us

We can't withdraw money directly from your bank or creditcard account.

Please see if the provider of your choice add additional fees to the price of the tokens package (especially by mobile purchases)

Good luck yancan and edwin in your next wars on BattleDawn!
And of course: Thank you for supporting!!!
Supporters like you keep the game free to play for everyone.
