I try buy tokens 4 times this morning but i got no tokens but my money go in to paypal ,i am playing on earth 1,Admin you have to fixit

ok so there is my 3rd email since i bought them this morning, I wonder how long this is going to take. I can't believe i come back after a year of off time from this game and there is still the same old issues and the same old lack of admin response.

it would be more a problem with paypal when with BD, we will work to get the tokens you have payed for. just give it some time. thanks.

Those are serious issues and as you can see all mods and we as admins are around very much to solve it asap. When the payment went trough, you can be sure that you'll receive your tokens. Even when it means we'll have to do it manually.
Please, whenever you have issues, include both transaction IDs from the forum and every transaction ID from paypal emails and send it to [email protected].
We'll look into it and solve it!
