it has happened to me that when the opponent turn ends my turn is skipped before the lower bar (where you select what to do) appears.

edit 1 : also before the time runs out the second turn is skipped sometimes (sometimes happened to me after using the grappling hook )

You are given the option to skip turn! Within a "Tic" you are given a time, this time is how long you get for the move. Every player on the game has the same time as you to. You can attack or stand still, it is really up to you!

I know about the 20 sec timer and that it skips turn if you dont do anything within that time but the turns that skipped were not because of that
