One of my mechs disappeared from my group as I was changing parts between the group. On a regular basis I am inexplicably disconnected from the site as I exchange parts from mech to mech and stored components.
There is always a pop up that says my connection to the server was severed and that I need to log back on.
This always happens during workshop
The same happened this time but when I logged back on and entire mech was missing.
Very expensive components on this mech disappeared including mostly legendary items that were upgraded by many hundreds of $$$.

Please provide me with a solution

Sorry to hear this.

Have you made sure the mech isn't in another "slot"?

Please use the arrow keys to switch slots.

Also: Is it on this account?

Pretty Strange, Just added another torso into the empty slot that my Mech disappeared from and immediately the total weight skyrocketed. So I added weapons and legs, then removed them; and don't you know my weapons and lost items appeared as I removed items again. Like I said strange.


Hopefully every thing is in order.
