Decide to build a big nuke field for one era.

Get the required buildings.
Get units to defend OPs.
Build said OPs for my nuke field.
The game tells me I need more power to build more than a few OPs.
Oh cool, new restrictions!

17 power, 10 ops.

My guess is I need 20 power to build more OPs. Hopefully that's all it is anyway. Not hard to get but still rather stupid.

well this was the most popular sugggestion for the OP farming cases. But I never know it was implemented...

But it doesn't help. You can still build 10 OPs for someone to farm before reaching 20 power. Then I'm assuming you can build more once they have been taken. It doesn't stop farming at all... If anything it just stops people from making it extremely obvious with too many outposts at once.

yup, the number needs to be changed. But since there are no official post that say the limits or the updates to be actually discussed....
