My question is if we will ever be able to have a personal block list. Whit this i mean blocking some players and do not meet those il ladder - not only in fun game.

The problem is that, as i believe you already knows many players have the bad habits to insult and provocate the oppositors, sadly this happens many times whit the so called "top players" (not all of those off course) showing a low level of Netiquette understanding.

Many time me as others must quit and lose stars 'cose we do not want to meet those particolar king of players.
