Yes. If you are having trouble with them, submit a ticket for any offers or surveys you successfully finished. In order to do this, go back to the surveys and offers page and click the "My Transactions" button at the top right. From here, you can click on any offers or surveys which you have initiated and an option to "report a problem" with that offer or survey will appear.

Use that function to submit a ticket. If your ticket is not responded to in a timely manner, you can contact the company that hosts them directly to inquire about any issues. Their email address is [email protected]

I have been assured that this email address is checked very often during business hours PST (West Coast USA).
