If you jam in the same tick, no. If you have the energy to jam it once every 2 ticks though, it will basically never unjam, as jams last 3-6 ticks.

when u jam an OP that is already jammed, if it lasts longer, it will "overwrite" the current one, else it won't have any effect.

so if the first jam, it will take 4 ticks to get unjammed, the second jam that takes 5 ticks will overwrite the first jam, and the 3rd jam which only takes 3 ticks will do nothing.
