Advice? Sure.
Okay, here are a few tips and tactics or some advice to help people out there.

Before i start, i would like to state some things.

☻ Some items i will state here are my opinions; so i am just saying that some are not perfect so don't blame me if you lose a war with stuff i state, keep in mind that this are just ADVICE.
☻ I am not liable if you lose to some kind of battle using some of my tips.

Okay, let the tips begin!

Tactics

Here are a few tactics, 1 for backstabbing 1 for battles.

1) Spy Trap: You ask a strong alliance with many crystals to relocate near you, and then you put your spies there when the build outposts. It is a very EVIL Tactic, but sometimes people are greedy. Anyways, yeah.. When they will relocate, they bring their spy protection with them BUT your Infiltration is greater so you could victimize them. There.

{Avoid Note: To avoid this, say NO or simply put spy protection and coordinate with them. Never trust alliances 100%!! Unless you know the leader in real life.}

2) Spam: Incase some people don't know this, i will say it. (Some really don't)

One of the basic Tactics involved, Spamming is one of the most useful tactics in winning a war. You simply make 1 Units Squads and attack their unguarded ops.

{Avoid Note: To Avoid Spamming, Make TANK/HEAVY Spams, which beat the Common INFANTRY Spams or simply creep up to their Spam Rally Point and Attack.}

Builds

Here are a few builds for your army.

1) 2/3 1/3
The 2/3 1/3 is the build that average people use. It is a very effective build, but i THINK it could use 12 Armor instead of 10.

The 2/3 is 1/3 is like this:

20 Range Infantry 10 Armor Infantry. That is one of the most common builds.
Note: If you want that maximum punch against infantry when your range is beam or explosive, make Rifle Men. (As said by Me and Some People)

For Vechs, it would be 10 Range Vechs and 5 Armor Vechs. But for ME, VECHS are not good.

For Tanks, it is 7 Range Tanks and 3 Armor.

[NOTE: Never MAKE RANGE without ARMOR! They could deal a lot of Damage, but you would end up losing a battle to the 20/10 since it has ARMOR. Range have very low health, anyway. I once battled my former ally who had 130 Range No Armor and i used 160 With Armor and Range and i WON. Also keep in mind that RANGE are very expensive, you must value them. Since if you lose a battle with you using all range, the resources lost is enourmous.]

{Note: Never USE Damage. USE it at your OWN Risk.}
Damage is worthless. Why? It does extra damage only at Round 4. And 4 Rounds are NOT COMMON.

You could use other builds, but my preffered build is 19 Range 11 Armor.

LEADING AN ALLIANCE
The task of being a Alliance Leader is kind of hard, since you have to coordinate and be very active. Here are a few tips.

1) Try to make pacts early in an era so next era you dont have too much work on your table that you will scream.
2) Encourage Activity. Cool Mottos and Mass Messages Boost your Alliance Mates Morale.
3) Threat. Threat your mates if they are too inactive or not following. This will let them move truly!
4) Check/Ask. Before Letting A Guy in, check their info or ask some people or try to a scan. He might be a backstabber! Note: I know some backstabbers.
5) Pass. If you are too busy with school, dont wait for your members to say: "Why isn't he going online!!!!". Pass it to someone you trust.
6) Pros and Cons. Think of the Pros and Cons of Everything. Think Out oyur Strategy before declaring War.
7) Friendly. Be Friendly. Don't be Racist/Bad. This will make a lot of people kill uoi or hate you.

Other:
1) Dont be Afraid of losing your First Crystal. It may give you 20 Score, but who is stronger? A guy who has lots of crystals or a guy with a lot of power.
2) Try to Make Friends with The Top 20 Alliance Leaders.
3) Try to look for Recruiting Threads in the Forums for protection.

That is all!! Phew! That took me 35 Mins.

I think 23/7 is good for dealing heavy losses, but i think you will, also suffer heavy losses.
Oh, and i think 21/9 or 19/11 is also good.

Anyways, i think 23/7 is good but a bit bad.

Ex:
Tara
23/7
7x8=56 HP | 14 DMG (7 INF ARMOR)
23x4= 92 HP | 92 DMG (23 RANGE INF)

Sword
19/11
11x8= 88 HP | 22 DMG (11 INF ARMOR)
19x4= 76 HP | 76 DMG (19 RANGE INF)

Round 1: (Tara)
23 RANGE fires at 11 ARMOR INFANTRY.
22 RANGE done for the turn. (KILLS 11 Armor Since Armor=8 HP and needs 2 Hits)
1 RANGE done for the turn. Kills 1 RANGE INF.
Round 1: (Sword)
19 RANGE fires at 7 ARMOR INFANTRY.
19 RANGE done for the turn. (KILLS ALL ARMOR INF and 5 RANGE INF)

LEFT:
------------------------------------------
Tara:
18 RANGE INF
Sword:
18 RANGE INF
------------------------------------------

Round 2:
Tara: 72 HP 72 DMG
Sword: 72 HP 72 DMG

End of Round=
Heavy Losses/Tie.

So basically, they are tied/one is slightly better. Anyways, 23/7 is also good but costy and can be beaten by 19/11 and vice versa. Depends which Squads have more EXP.

That is my opinion. I don't like Vechs nor Tanks but i DO like Infantry, since it is fast to train and one of my favorites.

Tanks suck because there is no 25% Bonus and i also think they suck.

Tank Spams are very useful. 1 Tank=3 Infantry.
So if the guy defends his ops, he'll be surprised.
