Like seriously mods ive spent hundreds on this game , show your players you care and respond to theyre posts . If you guys need pay pal proof i purchased these tokens ill happily provide it just somebody please contact me. I want to finish campaign and cant without these tokens

We're so sorry about this!

We did respond on http://battledawn.com/forum but it seems we have a bug right now that is causing the forums not to be synced properly :( We're having it fixed right now, basically we didnt see posts on time and you didnt get our replies on time :(

Please mail me at [email protected] with your receipt and username and i'll get right on this!

I just emailed you a photo of the receipt witj the transaction id and all. Please fix this asap id appreciate it


11:43PM: for some reason it said my message was undeliverable to that email address...? Tried from my mail app on my phome and from hotmail.com, ill keep trying... Any other way to aend you this receipt?

If i send you the transactioj ID is that good enough? If not ill hpdt the inage on a website and send you a link?? I really would like my tokens so hope we can find a way to get this sorted out. Tried enailing yoiu the photos 4 times lastnight and for some reason i kept receiving an email after saying it failed to send

I checked my account and was given my toiens somewhere within the last two hours . Thabks if it was you who dealt with this matter :) took about 48 hours but honestly im just happy it was dealt with :)

We recently fixed a major issue, glad to hear it helped. :)

As to the email.. Is it possible you mailed @tacticsoft.com? It's a very common mistake as most domains are .com domains and ours is not (ours is .net)

Transaction ID is always good as well!

Our mails are actually handled by Google, so it should be up at all times! Does have a 25MB limit on images though..

No I was sure to mail tactisoft.net and not .com . And I had tried over 5 times and no luck. I tried PMing you early yesterday, hoping to hear back from you soon....thx....
