I checked my account and was given my toiens somewhere within the last two hours . Thabks if it was you who dealt with this matter took about 48 hours but honestly im just happy it was dealt with

We recently fixed a major issue, glad to hear it helped.

As to the email.. Is it possible you mailed @tacticsoft.com? It's a very common mistake as most domains are .com domains and ours is not (ours is .net)

Transaction ID is always good as well!

Our mails are actually handled by Google, so it should be up at all times! Does have a 25MB limit on images though..

No I was sure to mail tactisoft.net and not .com . And I had tried over 5 times and no luck. I tried PMing you early yesterday, hoping to hear back from you soon....thx....
