I bought tokens using paypal yet i havent recieved them. It says in my messages about token purchase, but no delievery

Hello, i need help for buying tokens as well, i choose via onepip and it redirects me to onebip account, i mean when i did this last, like a year or so ago, it allowed or wanted me to send text msg from my phone and it was done. Please tell me is there anything changed as i have no clue what im doin wrong, or what i should do. thank you.
