As is Seth's custom, during havoc he grants all colonies, mines, and outposts a number of crystals during havoc. A possible side effect of this action is that the satellite scans of other alliances become visible to everyone if they zoom out from the map to the point where the graphic representations become symbol representations. Satellite scans of other alliances appear as a vacant crystal symbol attached to nothing, and floating there for the duration of Havoc, seemingly regardless of the lifespan of the SatScan. More testing and research is necessary to determine the exact nature of these remnants, but I'll post images below:

And at another spot on the map, we see a second instance (there are two squads over the symbol, but it is clear that this crystal does not mark any kind of outpost or colony

When you zoom in, again, the symbol disappears.

you said admin gives everyone crystals, well everything looks like that because everything has crystals! ops, camps. that thing in the sea was probally a wreckage, relic or a glitch
