Something has been going on in this new server that really has been bugging me, so i want to discuss it on the forums. Nobody fights for their alliance anymore. At the first sign of trouble, members bail on their alliance and go join other top alliances. I can probably count at least 50 players that used to be in another alliance that got taken out, and joined one of the top alliances instead of fighting for their old ones. It's so weak, there was little allegiance to your alliance when it was 12 members. Now that it is 24 members, it is much worse...

I think the reason for this is because there are 24 members, you don't get to know every member of your alliance. So when something goes wrong, you are less inclined to stay because you aren't really friends with them.

I'm happy that this isn't the case in CRAP :D

I think it's mostly because everything is so new.

But on another note, sometimes it's because they were the only ones fighting. I know how frustrating that can be... But I agree, MOST of the time they aren't doing any fighting themselves and are bailing because they can't take the heat... that kind of behavior is not becoming.

Maybe it's because they never want to lose any big amount of units or conquers which could really affect their rank and they would always like to be on the best alliance which they couldn't be able to go to if they didn't have the rank. They think their alliance is going to do bad in the future so they bail on them and join a greater alliance because they want to be succesful and "safe". (It's like being desperate to fit in)

Thats just how I see it :| and thats my opinion.

You have to find a balance between alliance playing and playing for yourself.

After alliance the alliance allow you to survive. You won't last a day with it.

Players have to find the way to make alliance goals help to their personal goals.

Anyway, this is imposible sometimes when your skill and/or activity is much highier than your alliance average; or when your alliance lack on goals, plans, or strong leadership. Then moving to a better alliance is a good choice.

but based on this every bd player shares a common goal. and thats not to get conquered. so if this was completely true then everyone would leave their alliance at the first sign of trouble. all i know is that if your an alliance leader who dumps his alliance at the first sign of defeat then u deserve to get conquered. now if your an alliance member who leaves its acceptible but very cowardly and selfish. if you were to leave your alliance when your not in a war then that shows you just didnt like the alliance ur in but if u leave during war then u a coward

Meh I agree that bailing is lame.

However if you are the only player in an alliance who is fighting or active, then drowning for no reason can be silly.

Of course, i agree with that, i have no problem with that, im talking about alliances who were doing alright, such as Res, MM, USMC, NWA. I bet u can find at least 50 players in other alliances that used to be in one of those alliances. They didnt leave becuz nobody else was doing anything, they left because they were cowards(in 2 of those alliances the leader left first, which is the most coward act u can make)

I like mainly all of our members in mL and truly hate a couple. but for the most part every single one of us communicates with eachother to make sure we do what we got to do.
