So we have to withstand 11-3= 8 rounds of battle before our own ranged units will fire. Thus for each "super" unit we need to absorb 8 x 30 = 240 Hit points. And a "super" unit has 2 x 8 = 16 Hit points if i read this correctly. (assuming the "super" unit being a damage upgraded soldier)
Thus to kill a super unit we need 30 armor concussive soldiers and 3 ranged concussive soldiers.
And it would have been nice/fair to see which unit is the "super" unit on a BR from a scan spam.
