I can't log on to bd and I can't figure out why and yes I have tried everything!

So the ping sometimes says:
Reply timed out 4 times
Or sometimes it gives me a reply 4 times

I don't understand why the reply would time out, does this mean I have connection problems to the site? How do I fix this?
Help anyone?

Have you tried uninstalling your browser and reinstalling it again as this worked for me when I couldn't log on
