Greetings all.

I've been having some thoughts about the recent changes and the way we've put into the game in the past year.

I'm sorry for all the Ninja updates, and for any updates that upset you guys.
From now on I'll put more time into reading the suggestion boards and working based on them as in the first years of Battle Dawn.

Also ANY upcoming change will be posted on the forums at least a week before they're introduced. and will be introduced on the RC worlds (rc.battledawn.com) for you to test and comment about before they come to the main worlds.

I encourage you all to be more active on the suggestion forums and sharing any ideas / voting on other ideas. and help to shape the future of Battle Dawn!

I'll be covering the suggestion forum almost daily from now on, and will introduce the most popular features in the game. (the last example of it was the coordinate saving system that was just introduced into the game)

Again, my apologies, I was wrong to act "on instinct" without actually playing the game.
I'm now playing it again on Fantasy 4 (BDSA alliance) and once again enjoying the game i created

Last thing, a BIG thank you to all the supporters who keep making Battle Dawn possible for everyone to enjoy! and especially in-spite of the recent ninja updates. Your dedication to BD is something unique which is rarely seen. Will take steps from now on to listen better to you as well.

And I encourage you all to give a big cheer to our present and past supporters who helped shape BD to what it is today.

Yup, plus we need to find some way to encourage players to go to the forum too. That way we can get closer to the players, wat I can see here is a few faces that are active on the forum, barely a small percentage of the actual players.

Might I suggest a better system for voting on features and updates. As far as i know the forums are the only place at the moment, Somethimes these get quite long and digging through them becomes a task in itself. I'm sure there are existing polling solutions out there that you can use?

and i am really suprised that how BD looked in 2006

I think it will be a rarity to get the actual populace on, unless you make some more updates that everyone doesnt like XD that seemed to get a new influx of people on the forums, me included, In the entire time I've played I havent really used them till now to voice my concerns over Updates and such

Thanks for getting back in touch with the game you created Michael. Once players begin to lose faith in the Developers at least hearing our voices we tend to find other places to exist.

Yup the forums is actually quite dead. People used to tell me that the old forums, people genuinely used to make angry comments and swearin at each other and such. Would love such drama here

I have been here off and on since the beginning and I can say that BD has always been moving forward and that is a good thing. I am happy to hear that all of the changes will tested in the RC servers first.
