Evil had me conquered, so I conquered myself free.

They took my crystal after a nap was made.

Honestly, if this makes me a backstabber, I am making my future-alliance backstabbers only...

He has called me a "pathetic noob that relies on backstabbing for his success" and a few other nasty things.

So tell me, guys, am I a backstabbing noob or is he a hypocrit?

I honestly do not know anymore...

If you yourself were conquered during a NAP, then that would make them the backstabber, not you.

Conquered way before the nap, Evan didn't notice you as friendly and attacked you, after he took your crystal was he told you were friendlies.

Alexander you was conquered by Paradise before our NAP - i also spoke to your leader regarding this matter and we only agreed for a NAP till tick 200 - we left you alone since then - but it was BoZo that came in and took you all out - we kept to our bargain of the deal and you decided to abuse it by backstabbing Paradise of Evil - in addition to this you stated before you conquered him that you weren't going to move and you will conquer us, now after i told all my members to leave you alone what did you go and do ... ? backstab, just one way of gaining a false success in a client.

And i had stated to you my views about backstabbers and i do not tolerate them as its just a lame way of getting crystals / conquers, Battle dawn is a game where you are supposed to work side by side your allies if you had any and not to go and conquer them while they were offline / out of base in which you did, i only gave CARE a NAP because i felt sorry for you guys since your leader was pleading with me and i have a weak spot to allow an alliance near us to have a chance to relocate without us force relocating you all, but you was the only one that wanted to be the rebellion in CARE, (possibly to make your rank better) and to backstab in which many might agree with me that backstabbing is pathetic and noobish however it bugs me that it cannot be controlled

EVIL views have been set and CARE shall receive the consequences for backstabbing

Yes but when the NAP ended we became allies - CARE leader asked to be allies so i agreed, so the decision was left to Alexander and the actions were going to undertake against you was brought upon yourself not us, you didn't even give us a form of notification of taking back (supposidly) what was yours, your attack on us was very secretive which backs my point of being a backstabber where they are related.

Even your leader said that you didn't listen to him

to be honnest, on a scale from 1-10 what is the chance he would have actualy gotten the crystal back if he hadden't been secretive?

Well if he felt so passionate about being conquered before our NAP then we would of come to some agreement considering we were allies but being secretive within an allianceship amongst both alliances just proves my point of you being a backstabber and that decision was yours after ignoring your leaders requests.

My leader did not mark you allies, did not at any rate inform me of such an alliance and did not by any means gave you permission to take my crystal.

This shows an extended NAP from Tick 200 to Tick 300.
(Couldn't show the messages from your leader regarding to be allies after the NAP since the messages are now not showing before Tick 130)

Like i said before, EVIL has made their mind up and we have marked you hostile for attacking us, now since you disregarded the fact that your leader didn't mark us allies whlst we was in a NAP then it just goes to show that your leader was involved, your making the points and im just evaluating them.

In addition to this, you had made claims about Paradise of Evil backstabbing (according to CARE) but hence hes not in EVIL anymore so he got his consequence for disregarding my requests that i made back then however you also backstabbed so you shall get a consequence as well.
