Three ways to get mythicals, Clan Weekly, Gold/Silver Boxes, Friend Boxes.

Clan Weekly
Get a group of friends and play together. Play long enough and maybe you might one day be in top 3.

Gold/Silver Boxes
I suggest waiting for a sale or special, but basically you pay real money for these.

Friend Boxes
These are final rewards for when a friend has reached level 16.
Do not waste these codes as they do indeed reset once the final gift box reward has been claimed. If your friend fails to reach level 16, the gift code will never reset and you won't be able to use that slot for a gift code to pass again.
