There's nothing wrong with someone coming in and aspiring to become a staff member. However, the reality of such happening is slim. But I would love to see you stick around and let us get to know you some more

After a while, if you prove to be a good member of the community, show initiative and prove to be helpful, then it wouldn't surprise me at all to see you become part of the staff
