Just 1 hour ago it was a colony and now you an see. It is tick 1 so its not possible to relocate also.

It's not a bug, I've seen that before mostly at the start of eras (Tick 1 - Tick 10). I believe colonies turn into camps put under protection when the admin spots any sort of cheating coming from the initial owner of the camp instead of banning.
However, yes, it certainly wouldn't be possible for it relocate but is deleted by the admin of the world after quite some time so the area would be vacated again as I figured out.

yep, new and unregistered players who quit will have their colonies turned into camps.

but the unregistered colonies also disappear with out a trace i.e. without leaving camps
it was around a yr ago on f3 when the colony disappeared without a camp
