its 1 power = 1 score
1 crystal = 5 score.
Those with the most relics are ranked at the top, if 2 or more players are tied with the same amount of relics, the one with the highest score gets the highest rank.
Alliances are ranked like this :
Relics > Crystals > score.
But if never happend at the 1# and 2# where tied with the crystals. The closest it ever was, was in E4A2 with a 5 crystal difference between NANC and BYZ(2 of the greatest allainces BD has ever seen)
