Okay, so I was listening to the radio and heard about this girl who was smashed by a tree. This brought up a thing where the tree is owned by the city, accept for maintenance. I thibk that's just wrong, XD, if the tree is owned by the city accept for taking care of it, just wow. Also, this guy said that he'd planted a tree for the city and the tree was supposed to not lift up the sidewalk. But now it is and the guy doesn't want to get sued, so he asked the city if he could remove it, they said no. And he's like, what the heck? So yeah, I just thought that this whole thing was kind of interesting. What do you guys think?
