so is it just me or does the game relly going to slow sometimes i just cant understand it i played both on ipad and phone and the results are the same, its lagging so much that i miss my turns what could be the problem here?

This happens to me when I don't close down all my background applications. Close everything down and things should run smoother

Another problem could be you're not updating your IoS? Doing this will help also

well everything is closed down and ios updated to the max but still it happens more often now than before, i even reinstalled the game and restarted my phone/ipad but it still lagged like hell

It could simply be your connection to the internet?
