Simply put this is a bug were when joining a battle it may delay a few seconds before starting the battle and if you manage to accept a different invite it causes you to be in 2 battles at once. thus bugging your and the opponents mechs.

A pretty common bug with people who have bad internet connection.

This is caused by lag.
