Yeah this is a new Advisors system we have coming which will be a series of goals to achieve after you have completed or skipped the tutorial.

It's still in the design stage so until we have some coding done and a little more progress I'll give out some details via twitter .
Also I put out a sneak peek on twitter for the new gold/lumber outposts in fantasy, click the twitter icon in my comment to check it out and come follow us for more events and info!
