If an ally is in need of assistance financially, how or are you able to give them some of your own tokens for them to use on stuff?

Well, if you are a supporter, and have tokens to send, click on their colony, and click the trade button, and type in the ammount of desired tokens to send. But you must have either previously donated, or have the lvl5 resource converter built. And I can see that u've never donated.

i was thinking of buying some, and since one of my alliance members are in trouble id send him tokens because i dont have lvl 5 alchemy

if you have baught tokens you can send resources even without haveing level 5

if you buy any token pack it enables you to trade on every server without lvl 5 converter.
