What if I send a nuke to attack an outpost and also a few squads to attack it too.
Missile ETA: 6 ticks
Squads ETA: 6 ticks

Will my squads suffer nuke damage?

it kills 10% of all units stationed there and take all remaining units (and all squads leaving 1 tick away) down to 1 hp

if there are any squads parked there 10% will die, the rest will be hp 1

And what if a squad "Alpha" is coming to attack my silo "Beta" and I send 1 missile from that silo to attack Alpha.

Alpha ETA: 5 ticks
Missile from Beta to Alpha ETA: 6 ticks

Does that missile even hit Alpha? Cause, in theory, they will be heading in each other direction.

if you launch a nuke it will hit its target unless destroyed by an ion cannon
