Okay so I'm nearing the end of my very first game and I even happened to get a relic all by myself. ! Oh man.. I was excited, almost. I held it for a good 10-15 ticks and then outta nowhere I pretty much got Ion Cannon screwed 98 times within 2 ticks. Now, I was just wondering... Is this common? Does everyone get blasted to hell, or just me?

If this is havoc, it is very common. If it is the actual game, then that is not very common. In havoc mode, every colony gets tons of resources so they are able to shoot the ion cannon many times.
