If I cast a fire storm upon an outpost will the fire storm have any effect on the troops stationed there?

It will make 10 units in the op hp 1, but it's usualy not worth it ;)

In simple form ...
- Reduces 10 units in an outpost to having 1 Hitpoint

Fire Storms/Nuke cost 200 Energy/Mana (if you didn't yet know).
