when your leader of an alliance u can appoint ministers for war intelligence and foreign affairs tho what privileges they have is not located anywhere i have looked what can they do within the alliance and what cant they? im not a newb i have been playing for sometime but this is a newbie question

umm the ministers dont really have any special privileges but its a way to show that they are acknowledged in that why like minister of war this person is powerfully and unstoppable during war ETC.

personally i just us it to show which members are good and personally my Co-Leader of the alliance...
