I have access to play most of the day and I'm in Eastern Timezone (-5.00). I can play at work but obviously there are distractions. I am available most evenings and weekends. So you can expect to see me online for 8-16 hrs a day on average if needed. I'm hoping this game does not require this much attention but my availability is there if needed.
I recommend being active as much as you can, but if you are not fighting in an major wars you don't need to devote THAT much...but if you are in an competitive alliance you'll have to be on much.
