does it lower ur rank, power and score? because when i check my rank,power and score after every tick it goes up and down when i build an outpost or build units.

outposts take workers so that might make your power lower and therefor score lower (1 power=10 score)
units should make your power go up, 10 soldiers=1 power
if you want i can post the calculation for power?

Thanks that would be great. so if i raze an outpost my power should go up? and if i build more units my power and score will go up? and also would i be able attack and capture a gate, radar and missle ?

yes, yes, and yes....hmm.. I think i said that right. Anytime ur worker population changes, positive or negative...ur score will change slightly. As u train units for ur army, the number of workers u have will drop slightly which means ur score drops slightly as well. But once the units are trained, ur score goes back up based on the number of soldiers now in ur army.
It sounds confusing but really its not. Crystals, relics, soldiers, workers, and conquers all affect your score. Outposts, missiles, and everything else doesn't, atleast not directly. They can influence the total number of workers you have and receive every 24 ticks, but that is the only way outposts change scores - by adding or subtracting workers. (man i am sleepy)
