-Battle System, Units got the same firepower against all kind of units, all got more hp (I recommend to read the new guides, it's explained a lot) and now Armor are Range 1 Damage Range 2 and Range are range 3.
Which guides would be useful? I learned finding bad advice is easy to find, good advice is even harder.

I am assuming this is reflective of the level system?

So the game is showing more real time tactics over the old progressive based. I know new colonies followed that suit as well. Anything else amongst them?

What effects do barracks have? What are the "new settlements?"

A lot more fair to the casual direction. That was one of the problems with battledawn before. It is a pretty hardcore game. Good to be fair it is catering a little more to noobs. Although I am sure newbs still complain how unfair the game is anyways. It did take a month or two to learn the game and most people didn't have that patience. Luckily I did.

Not sure I understand, please elaborate a bit for me please.

-Donation was changed to enforce a fair play
Elaborate on this as well. I would like to know how? Is resource distribution balanced relevant to the number of ticks passed? Are people limited to how many donations they can make? I like the fact this is being addressed. It certainly wasn't impossible to overcome before but it would require more time and selective use of resources.

-The community is growing?
I always thought it was stagnant before. As I said, it seems the game is becoming more casual.

-I'm a Senior mod now?
That is good to hear. Have things become more civilized when I left as mod? I came in around the time when the moderators were really abusing their powers. It was sickening. Some how even Hell Scream was able to get a job as a moderator. Regardless, it was nice to see things reform, especially when Seth got a handle on things. Harsh but it was what was needed.

-Shion And you probably don't even remember me. Good thing I am using an alias.
Also, how is your "sister?"
