when i m into a fight with someone on the same level as i, my opponent, instead of 1 action, does 2 actions, and is really frustrating, because at high level he does with that extra action over 100 dmg, and i lose the fight because of that bug

This is a known issue and I am sure they are working on it. Other players have created a "gentlemans agreement" for this though.
