my friend made an alliance. he says there are 3 different ranks: minister of war, minister of foreign, and minister of intelligence. I want to know what they do. and how theyre different.

Dosent Minister of FA do anything though?

None of those rankings allow the selected members to do anything. They are just there for show. They get no special powers.
