These kits can add functions as heat damage, extra knoback, regeneration damage, etc

Examples:

Heat damage IV kit mythical
gives 20 heat damage to an randow item
(also gives +15 weight too)

But this will need rules to avoid new game SUPER MESS
example: Max two Implementation Kits per item
