The reward should be in your inventory, it fails to pop up a message properly sometimes.

If not, please try clearing your cache.

Other browsers should have similar shortcuts.

I also got to level 25, and my screen just froze. It didn't give me anything at all, and even when refreshed it just didn't give me anything.
