i had account and colony on Earth 3, now when i enter again in game i realize that i must play from start wtf is happening plz help

If you do not log in to an account on a certain world for 8 days (16 for supporters) your colony is automatically deleted to make space for players that do want to play. So if you have gone on vacation and came back, it might be that your account was deleted.

For future reference, if you are going to be away for more than 8 days, you could enter vacation mode. While in vacation mode you do not get deleted.

Vacation mode can be accessed by clicking on your colony, selecting profile and then clicking "Vacation". There will then be a prompt telling you what vacation entails. Enter your account password and click the Start Vacation button. A dialogue box will appear, asking you if you are sure that you wish to enter vacation mode. Once you click yes, you will be automatically logged out.

but there is a problem, i wasnt been on vacation, i am active every day, i even play today some few hours ago

How can be deleted,

Sounds like you may not have registered initially or the world may have been reset, I believe it is the first option though.

I said registered initially, meaning he placed and left being deleted but now has registered.

I believe E3 reset a few days ago, so if he accidentally did not log on the past couple of days, that may be the reason.

yes this fits it better. Cause above in one post guy said he was playing it everyday. That doesn't sound like initialy registered a/c. So this must be it. Era restarted and he doesn't know about it. I suggest you join adopt newb center its free so use it.
