If you use the forgot password system then you should be able to get it to work however you would need access to the email account which you signed that account up with.

Sorry, but we can't do much if your email isn't correct.. While we understand it sucks when this happens, simply put, if we start manually changing passwords for people, we will get a lot of frauds using it to steal accounts...
