It does indeed sound like your account has been deactivated, however, for security reasons, please PM me

- What you did to deactivate it.
- Any evidence of account ownership you may have.

Account deactivation is a security system employed to prevent permanently hijacking accounts based of single sessions (e.g. brother gets on your pc..), we don't want to end up crippling our own security.
