What can I do if I don't know my own password and can't reset it?

Bare with me; I'll explain:
I made this account through Armor Games, which gives me a random password, but they must have set the email also as their own email, so I can't even retrieve my password, even if I don't change it. I can always log in through Armor Games and use the cookies given to log onto supermechs.com , but once I log out, I have to use Armor Games to log back in.

So if Armor Games were to (for any reason) go down, and I logged out of that account, would it be gone forever?
