Ok say a colony sent his units to another outpost

n I send my spy to his colony...

When he send his units back to his colony, can they kill my spy?

no your spy can only be caught by an opposing spy with more infiltration ticks or if he has more spy protection than your infiltration ticks (a spy has to preform an action for either event to occur
