do the soldiers realy have a damage boost against vehicles,, and vehicles agains tanks/mechs???

if so then how do you explain this battle rep???
i should of won that battle by far!!! :evil:

and if not,,, why did you battledawn makers say that???

rollover the soldier/vehicle icons and you'll see that it'll say 'effective vs vehicle' or 'effecive vs mech'

because they have ranged and dmg so they got to fire before u do, so allmost all ur units are dead before they get to fire

He's on the winning side and is wondering why he didn't win even more.

Thing is, your units did do lots of extra damage, by the looks of it your plasma did +33% against the vehicles.

You simply didn't have enough to finish it in one round (since you lack good range units)

Since you have no armor infantry you also probably lost more than you needed to.

Kevin you are wrong. He is Undead ingame and was on the losing side of the battle. However you were right about why the loser of the battle lost.

here is what has happend

Round 1
Range mech opend fire on your inf hurt you a bit

Round 2
Range Mech and damage inf opend fire on you
tones of inf looses and some vehicles

Round 3
Your remaining forces hurt kill some damage inf and most likely hurt his armour mech but are so few they die off

thats why you lost your units were all defensive so had no range but high life the first round they absorbed fire the second many couldnt absorb much and the third they were gone

try building some units with range to go behind your armour guys this way you dish damege sooner and absorbe more fire

because range and damage attack first and second so most of your units were dead by the time it was their turn

Yes, infantry get a damage bonus against vehicles and vehicles get a damage bonus against tanks/mechs.

Here are the reasons that you only killed 2 units:

1. Armour units do the least amount of damage. They only excel in taking the hits for more powerful and valuable units such as range and damage units.

2. Because armor units attack last in a battle, most of your units were already killed by the time your turn to attack came around.

3. It says you only had 5 units left by the 3rd round (The round amour units attack).
