I know there is a minister for war, relations etc. but what do they actually do and what is their purpose (if there is one), and does anyone else besides the leader have the power to invite people into the alliance?

They don't have a purpose.

For short, I'm just going to call them MoI (Minister of Intelligence), MoW (Minister of War), and MoFA (Minster of Foreign Affairs) - that's what we usually call them.

MoI is usually in charge of gathering information, and figuring out when wars start etc. But they sort of turn into the leader's helper in many cases...

MoW is usually in charge of well... war. Directing war, helping out etc.

MoFA is usually in charge of relations with alliances, making NAPs and such.

Now, the minsters are supposed to have powers such as marking alliances hostile/neutral/friendly and sending out alliance invitations or changing the alliance name/tag, but they aren't working at the moment.

On a side note, red color removed. Red is reserved for moderation, please do not use it in normal posts, thank you! :)

NAP is short for Non Aggression Pact.

Ministers also have the power to delete or change alliance orders which is important when the leader is lazy and does not update the orders him or herself. I hate when there are alliance orders all over the map that are 500 ticks old.
