For short, I'm just going to call them MoI (Minister of Intelligence), MoW (Minister of War), and MoFA (Minster of Foreign Affairs) - that's what we usually call them.
MoI is usually in charge of gathering information, and figuring out when wars start etc. But they sort of turn into the leader's helper in many cases...
MoW is usually in charge of well... war. Directing war, helping out etc.
MoFA is usually in charge of relations with alliances, making NAPs and such.
Now, the minsters are
supposed to have powers such as marking alliances hostile/neutral/friendly and sending out alliance invitations or changing the alliance name/tag, but they aren't working at the moment.
