Sometimes the number is not shown right, a normal reload should do. You also should have get a pm here from token Admin that tells you about you bought token.

Which payment method did you use?

if PayPal, could you log into paypal and PM me the method you used through paypal and the transaction ID?

Alexander I paid for 1000 tokens using Apple Store and my store credit was deducted but I didn't receive my tokens at all
