i know this may be late but,back in summer,i wanted to charge tokens using Mobile payment,i ended up using an unsupported Service provider
to make the payment,simply after sending the text msg i get an error,no tokens...
the problem is i would have just counted my losses but i forgot and used it again on the same Services provider.
If there is any admin here or any moderator,can you guys do anything about it.

You shouldnt be charged if your service provider is unsupported.

That said, have you tried using our other mobile option? We've 2!
