As Tenkai put it, it depends on the brain itself. For example, the ability to use the brain of an individual with an incredibly low IQ would be less desirable than, say, that of a member of MENSA.

Ive actually had Brains. Lamb Brains. With pepper and Salt. Tastes quite delicious. So If I was a zombie, yes Id eat the brain lol.
