so there appears to have been some sort of glitch in the game where an op was made INSIDE my colony haha. The best part is I can attack it and have an outpost inside my colony.

A colony was made on top of yours I believe and was automatically deleted. Lol

Decided to simply take the camp and now i have a camp in side my colony haha
